Windy Hill
Location :Dojangpo Village 14-47, Galgot-ri, Namb...
Windy Hill located in the northern part of the village as you go to the left of Heageumgang to Dojangpo Village. You can experience unique mood of Geojedo Island with a clear view of the ocean. Originally, it was named as "Ttibatneul", but from 2002, it changed its name to the "Windy Hill."
The view of the ocean from the Windy Hill is clear and gentle.
Nothing is found boring to see from here. Island, lighthouse, cruise ship, and even the wind looks gentle and free. Here is the perfect place to let free and unburden your mind.
If England has its Stormy Hill, Korea has its Windy Hill.
Windy Hill is a bare land grass.
It was the filming site of TV Drama "Flower Garden of Eve(2003)" "Merry-Go-Around(2004)", Movie "Palm Tree Forest(2005)" and KBS 2TV Popular Variety Show「1 Night and 2 Days 」came to film their program on May, 2009.
Presently, it is coming into the spotlight as the main tourist resort. And the street to install the windmill at November 2009th is offered.
Sinseondae
Location :21-19 Galgot-ri, Nambu-myeon, Geoje-si
It is located on the opposite side of Dojangpo Village Windy Hill. The natural view is outstanding and the ocean view of waves hitting against the unique shape of rocks is splendid. The horizon in the background harmonized with colorful rocks of the ocean just has the magnificent view.
